Location

 The city of Perth lies very centrally in Scotland and is around an hour's drive from both Edinburgh and Glasgow. With easy access to the Perthshire hills and the Scottish Highlands, Perth is an excellent base for a B&B short break or a longer holiday.

The city of Perth has a multitude of places to eat and drink and has many entertainment venues, whether you enjoy cinema, live music or theatre.

Directions

Directions from the South as follows -

Head north from the M6 on to the M74 then on to the M80 (signposted for Stirling). The M80 becomes the A9 and you will pick up the signs for Perth.

Take a left at the first roundabout you come to in Perth (Broxden roundabout) then turn right after about 1.5 miles heading off the A9 at the Inveralmond roundabout into Dunkeld road.

Follow this road for about 1.5 miles passing ASDA on your left. Continue through a small roundabout and the Albert Villa Guest House is on your left.

Directions from Glasgow as follows -

Head east on the M8 sign posted for Edinburgh.
Take the A80 north following the signs for Stirling.
The A80 becomes the M80 then the A9 and you will pick up the signs for Perth.

At Perth turn right heading off the A9 at the Inveralmond roundabout into Dunkeld Road.
Follow this road for about 1.5 miles passing ASDA on your left. Continue through a small roundabout and the Albert Villa Guest House is on your left.

Directions from Edinburgh as follows –

Head north on the M90 sign posted for Inverness.
At junction 10, take the A9 north and continue to follow the signs for Inverness.
Head straight on through the next roundabout (Broxden roundabout) then turn right after about 1.5 miles heading off the A9 at the Inveralmond roundabout into Dunkeld Road. Follow this road for approximately 1.5 miles passing ASDA on your left. Continue straight on through a small roundabout and the Albert Villa Guest House is on your left.

Directions from the North as follows –

Head South from Inverness on the A9 following the signs for Perth.
Take the first exit (straight on) when you come to the first roundabout at Perth (Inveralmond roundabout). This takes you into Dunkeld Road.
Follow this road for approximately 1.5 miles passing ASDA on your left. Continue straight on through a small roundabout and the Albert Villa Guest House is on your left.
